1. The Zero-Data-Retention Policy

To eliminate the risk of external breaches, Velyncr RCM Global operates entirely within your existing architecture. We do not export, download, or permanently store your patients' PHI on our local servers. By integrating directly into your EHR (Epic, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, etc.) via secure access credentials, your data never leaves your controlled ecosystem.

2. Network Security & Encryption

Our digital infrastructure is hardened against intrusion to meet and exceed US healthcare compliance regulations.

• 256-Bit VPN Tunnels: All access from our New Delhi operations center to your US servers is routed through dedicated, encrypted Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Every system login requires secondary biometric or token-based authentication to verify identity.
• End-to-End Encryption: Any necessary secure communication regarding accounts is transmitted using heavily encrypted, HIPAA-compliant messaging portals.

3. Physical Hub Security in New Delhi

Security extends beyond the digital realm. Our physical operations environment is strictly controlled to prevent unauthorized physical data extraction.

• Clean-Desk Environment: No personal mobile devices, cameras, USB drives, or physical writing materials are permitted on the operational floor.
• Biometric Access: Entry to the operations hub is restricted via biometric fingerprint/retina scanners and monitored 24/7 by closed-circuit surveillance.
• Hardware Restrictions: Workstations are stripped of local storage capabilities and peripheral ports (USB/CD drives are disabled at the BIOS level).

4. Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

Prior to initiating any baseline audits or active system integrations, Velyncr RCM Global executes a comprehensive, legally binding Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This document formalizes our shared responsibility to protect your PHI under US Federal Law and the HITECH Act.
